Frequently asked questions
How can I check if ChatGPT recommends my SaaS?
Ask ChatGPT the questions your buyers ask, several times, and record whether your product is named. Seenpeak does this for you: 10 buyer questions on ChatGPT and Gemini, 3 answers per question per platform, compared with up to one competitor.
Why does ChatGPT recommend my competitor instead of me?
AI answers can cite comparison articles, review sites, community threads and vendors’ own pages. Seenpeak shows which questions name your competitor and not you, and which sources those answers cite. Those sources are evidence to review, not proof of why a model chose a brand.
What is GEO (generative engine optimization)?
GEO, also called AEO (answer engine optimization), is the work of making your product easier for AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini to find, understand and recommend. Seenpeak compares snapshots before and after you make changes.
Is GEO different from SEO?
They overlap. SEO targets ranked links in search results; GEO targets being named inside AI-generated answers. Clear pages, crawlable content and relevant third-party references can support both, without guaranteeing a recommendation.
Why ask each question 3 times?
AI answers change between runs. Sampling every question 3 times on each platform shows how consistently you are mentioned instead of relying on one lucky or unlucky answer.
Which AI models does Seenpeak test?
Seenpeak collects answers from the ChatGPT and Gemini web interfaces. Each round has 60 observations: 10 questions × 2 platforms × 3 answers. Platform names do not guarantee an underlying model version. Report analysis uses Google’s Gemini Flash via the Gemini API.
How much does Seenpeak cost?
$19 one-time, including one retest with the same confirmed questions and a comparable configuration. There is no subscription. Early bird: $12 (regular $19) for the first 20 paid orders. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens in the retest?
One same-scope retest is included. The included retest can be claimed within 30 days after the initial report is first available; the exact deadline is shown on your report. It uses the same confirmed questions and a comparable configuration so you can compare a second snapshot with the first. It does not rescan pages or create new actions, and it cannot prove what caused a change.
Does Seenpeak guarantee my product will be recommended?
No. Seenpeak reports what the platforms actually said and suggests up to 3 evidence-based actions. It does not guarantee mentions, rankings, citations, traffic or improvement.
When will I receive my report?
Your initial report is delivered within 48 hours after payment.
How long is paid-order data retained?
Paid order data (inputs, answers, reports) is retained for 90 days after delivery, then deleted. Payment records are kept by Waffo as merchant of record as required by law.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if your report isn’t delivered: you get a full refund if the initial report is still unavailable 48 hours after payment plus a three-business-day recovery period. If the included retest can’t be fulfilled, you can request 25% of the original payment. There are no refunds for change of mind after delivery. See the refund policy or email support@seenpeak.com.
