Acceptable use

Use Seenpeak for a permitted website

Only submit public website pages that you are authorized to have analyzed. Use truthful brand and question details. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private access links or sensitive personal information. Seenpeak does not edit or publish changes to your website.

Prohibited requests and content

Do not use questions, websites or generated suggestions to create, promote or distribute:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hateful or discriminatory abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material or other sexual exploitation of children.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or fabricated statements attributed to a real person.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

Do not probe other users’ private reports, bypass access controls, automate abuse, or submit instructions intended to override the service’s safety checks.

Safety checks and enforcement

Public live processing is not enabled. Before it can be enabled, user questions must pass server-side content checks, including Waffo Prompt Sift, and generated suggestions must be checked before display. A failed, blocked or unreviewed check must not be treated as permission to continue.

Inputs outside this policy may be refused. A result or shared link that violates this policy may have access restricted or be removed. This does not replace the refund policy or create a new refund entitlement.

Report a concern

Report suspected misuse or challenge an access restriction at support@seenpeak.com. Include the issue and a non-sensitive reference if available. Do not email private access tokens, payment-card details or copies of unlawful material.
