Who is responsible

Seenpeak is operated by an individual. Privacy requests: support@seenpeak.com.

Information used

An order uses your email, brand and website details, optional competitor, confirmed questions, saved answers and page evidence to prepare the report and retest. Private access links are used to restore access. Payment references and minimal support records are used to reconcile payments and refunds.

Waffo handles payment details at its checkout. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in questions or support messages. Private reports are not public search pages. Order, report and access records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and protected by private sessions or links. Production storage configuration and processing locations remain to be confirmed before live processing.

Free checks and sharing

Free-check results are retained for at most 30 days; cached results can be reused for 24 hours. An optional delivery email is removed after its delivery purpose ends, and no later than 30 days. A pseudonymous network identifier is used to enforce daily limits.

Sharing is off by default. You may create a read-only link and revoke it; anyone with an active shared link can read that shared result. Keep private access links private. Ask support to remove your order or use the deletion control available on a free result.

Providers and retention

Waffo Pancake is the payment provider. Bright Data collects answers from the ChatGPT and Gemini web interfaces in paid reports and retests when enabled; the separate free check uses ChatGPT only. Public live processing is disabled. ChatGPT and Gemini identify the web-answer platforms, not a guaranteed underlying model version.

The analysis service is Google’s Gemini Flash. Exact analysis model ID: not yet confirmed. It uses confirmed questions, selected answers and selected public-page evidence to prepare supported suggestions. Live analysis is currently unavailable.

Cloudflare routes support email. Customer report and recovery delivery is not enabled.

Paid-order data is retained for 90 days.

Deleting a report and issuing a refund are separate actions.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, revoke a shared link, or raise a concern about its use. We verify requests against the relevant order or result without asking for card details. Applicable rights and any record-retention exceptions will be confirmed before live processing. Delivery, retest and data

Your report will be delivered within 48 hours after payment.

One same-scope retest is included and can be requested within 30 days after delivery of the first report.
